Sheet Metal Fabrication

We are also specialist sheet metal fabricators and utilise precision laser cutting and CNC sheet metal bending to ensure accuracy and repeatability, these components are produced directly from your CAD drawings and 3D component models.

We have the capacity to deal with sheet metal thickness ranging from 0.5mm up to 40mm as well as a range of finishes including brushed, polished, powder coated, painted, metal sprayed, galvanised and anodised surfaces.

 

Custom Fabrication

Lestor Engineering have in-house design engineers with the ability to custom design whatever your business requires. If you already have your design and your drawings completed, we can hand them straight to our fabricators and start production immediately

If however you are unable to produce the manufacturing drawings, we can do it for you. Our design team will be able to work with you to produce exactly what you are after, they use the latest 3D CAD software to quickly and accurately produce manufacturing drawings ready for fabrication.
